So in 2004, I was fortunate enough to buy 220 apartments here in Le Havre On the Water, and 36 apartments in Cryder Point, with some investors. And since that time, we’ve had this office. So we’ve been on site. We have about 2000 co-ops amongst us in three different complexes.
I was the holder of unsold shares during all that time. What that means is, I bought all the units that were never bought by individual purchasers, that have tenants. That’s why it’s called unsold shares. And I was the holder of unsold shares.
Whenever we got an apartment back, we renovated it and then we sold it. Shares of New York, who’s on-site, did all of the sales. Again, since back to 2004, we’ve sold 700/800 apartments since that time. I sat on the board for about 10 years. Have deep relationships within the entire co-op. I’ve been in practically every apartment that’s here.

A lot of people don’t like to provide their information. We do look at DTI, which the co-op finds to be very, very important. So we do follow DTI.
