So, while the global COVID-19 health crisis continues to have us work primarily from home – supporting our communities and clients in a variety of necessary and rewarding ways - we have developed a Virtual Home Marketing Program that keeps the health and safety of you, your family and all involved parties as our top priority!
While we have always been technologically advanced - using virtual tours, video conferences and other enhancements - our goal as we continue to service all of your home selling and/or buying needs is to provide systems, processes and tools that equally prevent exposure to COVID-19 - as well as to its spread.
Here is how we’ll keep human contact to the minimum and still maintain an incredible experience for you:
We’ll schedule an appointment with you and communicate via Zoom (video-conference).
SELLERS - To discuss your goals and objectives, the sales/marketing process, answer all of your questions and come up with a strategy to sell your home for the highest price in the shortest amount of time.
BUYERS - To discuss what your needs and wish list (and don’t want list) items are and come up with a game plan to help you find what you’re looking for.
Professional Photos/Tours and Listing Alerts
SELLERS - This is the same whether we’re in the middle of a global pandemic or not. We will schedule a professional photoshoot and a video tour of your home which will be distributed across multiple digital marketing channels to get the most amount of exposure to potential buyers. We will also send to you weekly listings alerts of the competition in your market.
BUYERS - Based on all of the information we’ve collected, we will set up online listing alerts that will be emailed to you along with notifications of homes that match your criteria the moment they hit the market. Monthly market reports will be scheduled to follow.
Home Tours and Home Searches
SELLERS - We will provide buyers an interactive way to virtually tour your home by walking them through online property photos and virtual tours. After confirming that any interested party is healthy, we will financially pre-qualify all potential buyers prior to setting a private appointment to tour your home.
BUYERS - Many sellers are allowing qualified buyers to schedule appointments to see their home in person – so, if you don’t already have one, we will work with you to obtain a pre-approval from a lender. However, if you do not feel comfortable, we will gladly provide property photos, video tours, or Facetime/Zoom with you while we digitally walk you through a home virtually and live.
Safety is always first
SELLERS - We always recommend that you allow as many people to come see your home as possible – but on an individual basis during this crisis. Notwithstanding, for any appointment that is set, we will instruct all brokers and buyers to bring and wear their own gloves and masks and remind them not to touch anything in the home.
BUYERS - We are currently not permitted to tour the home with you. But, we will coordinate with the Seller on your behalf so that you can tour the home by yourself. Please bring with you an unused mask and gloves for your tour and please do not touch anything while you are inside the home. We will circle back with you after the tour to discuss your interest and any question that you have.

Most inspectors and appraisers are continuing to provide services. You can either attend these appointments or we will provide photo/video details and results.
All it takes is the click of a mouse
We use Docusign so that you can sign all transaction documents (contract and loan) electronically, from the comfort of your own home. Once you discuss in detail with your attorney, all it takes is a click of a mouse - and we are happy to walk you through how to use Docusign if you’ve never used it before.
Safe and secure
All earnest money and closing funds will be allocated in detail and wired into secure escrow.
You have closed!
Closings will be handled by digital escrow and via Zoom video conference. Keys and original documents will follow by overnight mail.
